New PC Windows 8.1

Used Windows photo gallery only 2 times.

3rd time stopped working,   Notification that a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close program and notify you if a solution is available.

Have heard nothing further.

Used repair all Windows Essentials programs ,  but Windows photo gallery will not start.
