I have been using Microsoft ...word...PowerPoint....notepad......etc....for ages without any operational problems...today I realize NOTHING is working...I tried office 365 which says I can install word etc via Office 365 on 8 devices....but nothing gets installed leading me to so much inconvenience and trouble////kindly advise users like me as I need all Office functions operational...it asks for a product key ....I am unaware of...HELP Kalpana Verma
