Please help! I have imported a MP4 video onto my laptop and uploaded to Windows Movie Maker...I can edit it fine no problem...but when I go to save all my work/effort it gives me the option to save in 2 file formats. Windows Media Video File or MPEG-4/H.264 Video File. I have tried saving under both file formats and then I get error messages saying the file has been corrupted? Then I get the exclamation yellow icons all over my work that I cant seem to recover. 2 out of 3 times my laptop completely shut itself down?

Please help someone...I requested a call from Microsoft and the woman said she couldn't help me.
