I installed Windows Essentials to get Movie Maker, and I get the error that tells me my requirements are insufficient. My card supports DDI 10.1, I installed the patch at https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2741355?wa=wsignin1.0, and I upgraded my driver through the AMD driver upgrade utility. (It upgraded from a 2010 version to a 2013 version - apparently it's a legacy driver.) It still doesn't work. What do I do?
