Hi there,

I have been using Windows Movie maker for a few years now and lately video files will no longer work.

Today I purchased the newer version thinking this would fix it and it didn't.

I have attached a capture of what the screen looks like.

This is extremely frustrating and I have been through other questions like this but cannot seem to get it fixed.

I have also downloaded software to convert the videos into the correct format - this hasn't worked.

Please advise what I should do.
