When I make a movie on Windows Movie Maker it works fine in the Movie Maker until I try to save it into an mp4 file. It then, when playing in the mp4, shakes and has video problems such as black areas appearing for short periods of time, and overall bad video quality. Anyway to fix this without completely remaking the video?
