This is a long one but hear me out.

I have had windows movie maker, the 2016 one, and it just stopped working after one update. It worked for about 2 years with the same installer on a different computer. It was fully functional before the update. But now it is just stopped working and gives me this message basically saying "Make sure your computer meets the specs to run movie maker, and check for graphic drivers update." I already did both of these, my computer is beyond capable, and updating my graphics driver is out of the question. (I broke my computer for 10 mins trying) 

Edit: And yes, I looked through multiple posts about this, and tried reinstalling, nothing helped.
