I downloaded windows movie maker as part of the Windows Essentials 2012 package as I need to use it for a university project. I sent videos from my iPad to my email and downloaded them, the sound and video playing fine on my computer, however, when I put them into movie maker to edit, there is no sound but the video plays perfectly well. After saving the video and trying to play it on my laptop once its been exported, the sound still does not work (on the programme I used to view it before adding to movie maker), however, after sending it via email to someone else to check, the sound played perfectly well on their computer.

Is there any way to get the sound back on movie maker? I've checked all the settings and they are all normal.
