I am trying to sync an old video with the audio.  It is off by a third of a second.  Aggravating.  My XP machine is a Dell Dimension 8300 with 2gb ram, P4 processor.  The video is in WMV format and 49 minutes long.  It took 27 minutes to load in WMM.  After loading, the video was in hundreds of segments, some as short as one second.  This is unworkable.  Is there any help out there?  I managed to do this with Nero 11 but could only output in .nvc format.  I really don't like Nero.  Thanks for any help out there.
