I absolutely cannot use Windows Movie Maker.  For the sound all I get is a buzzing noise, not a problem like this on the computer anywhere else.  Now the buzzing noise has infected all the videos I had posted on youtube somehow.  I don't need movie maker at all and want to get rid of it.

I do have photos in Photo Gallery that I would prefer to keep.  The only option I see under removing programs is to remove both movie maker and photo gallery.

Is there a way just to uninstall movie maker?  Or, if I uninstall both of them, will all my photos be gone?

If I uninstall, can I only reinstall photo gallery without installing movie maker?  Thanks so much for helping me with this very annoying.
