I downloaded Windows Movie Maker (Essentials 2012) and whenever I try to open it, it starts to load (the cursor changes to the circle) but then just stops and never actually opens. I've tried running as admin with no success. I am using Windows 10. I'm usually fine figuring techie things out by myself but this is baffling. I even went as far as to create this account to ask for help which I've never done. I apologize in advance if this exact problem is elsewhere in the forums but I didn't see anyone having the same exact issue.
