What happened to the 'save movie wizard'.  Where we can set the file size and let the software handle the rest?

I'm trying to compress a movie for the past several hours.  Each time I get a file size almost double and even triple what the original was.  How is that even possible.

I tried the ez youtube, vimeo settings, none of that works.

I did a custom setting where the "estimate file size was 40mb". I thought nice.  Almost an hour later, it turned into a 3.5 gb file.   Really?   Nice job M$.

This is was a waste of time.

The original file size was only 1.3gb.
