Hey guys, PLEASE answer!!! NO ANSWERS FOUND FOR MY CASE....

So I opened up WMM to test out a video for speedart and stuff, imported music and sped it up, and it abruptly stops EVERY TWO SECONDS. Literally. Instead of flowing neatly like it should it plays.... plays.. BLIP... plays, pl- BLIP! really annoying. My video and audio drivers are completely fine, I may need to check codecs or something, but on this computer this is literally the first or second time I've worked WMM ever. 

OS: Windows 8.1 32 bit (HP Brand if that helps)

Both GPU and CPU are AMD Radeon/Richland brands respectively, so nothing on that end

And of course audio driver is just some generic stuff that anyone could get
