I am kind of really annoyed. Windows Movie maker is apparently no longer. Now you can make videos in photos, but I do not see a way to speed recorded videos up. I was able to create a time-lapsed video in Windows movie maker, but now that feature is gone. It appears I can only slow videos down. Is there any apps now that microsoft offers that allow you to speed up recorded videos to make a movie? I record my drawing process and I want to be able to combine all my videos and bring them down from 3 hours to at most 5-10 minutes. I purchased "microsoft movie maker pro" from the store assuming it was basically the same thing only for money now and it is incredibly disappointing. (I should have assumed it wouldnt do what I wanted it to do, since all the ratings were low.)
Any advice on how to do it free in any windows apps would be appreciated.
If not, any advice on free programs that I can just download that let me do it would be great too.
