So I've been having troubles with windows movie maker. I use it to record bass covers with my Tascam US-322 Audio Interface, and the built in HD Webcam in my laptop. It had been working fine for a while and then suddenly stopped working, I tried repairing movie maker, didn't work, I tried switching movie maker to run in compatibility mode for windows 8, it didn't work. I even went and wiped my whole hard drive and re-installed windows, and that worked for a short while, and then it stopped working. My audio interface has the correct drivers, and I've been able to select it as an available audio device, but now that movie maker is not working right again, I've discovered that I can no longer select my audio interface anymore, but it will let my webcam be selected. I've also got my audio interface set as the default audio device for playback and recording, since I use it for my headphones, and I've tried enabling the other playback devices, and the stereo mix etc, but it doesn't do anything.
