I am attempting to re-create the Flashbulb type effect between my splits. I am doing a fade to white in frame A to a fade in from white in frame B. But it is too, too long to be a Flash.

Is there a way to select the effect transition? I guess I got spoiled by Powerpoint where such things can be edited to the micro second.
