I just purchased a HP Spectre with windows 10 and tried to download Windows Movie Maker from the Microsoft website (windows essential pack), however twice it got stuck in the initializing phase. All I want is Windows movie maker... Also one of my Windows updates (Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105216)) is stuck at 69% and has been for days...

Any help much appreciated.
