I am having trouble with my Movie Maker 2012. It worked just fine earlier today. The last time I remember, I accidentally click "Trim" somewhere in the middle of my thumbnails, then it was frozen. So I clicked undo, save, and closed it without further thinking. But when I open the file again, the thumbnails are gone but the black timeline is there and moves when I preview the video. The preview are inconsistent showing just the video, and sometimes black screen, or just the audio. However, when I export the video as mp4, it was fine. I still need to edit my videos though. How do I get my thumbnails back? I have reinstall Windows Movie Maker 2012 but still couldn't get my thumbnails to show.
