Sent a couple of messages out on this... still cannot save an MP4 movie to the computer as it will display the yellow exclamation mark when I go back in to where the movie is stored on the C drive.  I put the data card in and it will locate the movie and reload onto the screen. I did the Window

s Essentials re-install [fix issue] twice. I have Windows 7  Version 11 graphics card. Looked at the extension Movie Maker allows in display options and MP4  MP4V  MSWMM   WLMP  and   WMV are all there.

Help!
