Hello,

• On live.com I select People -> Manage -> Invite On Messenger. 
• I then enter an email address of someone who is successfully using messenger
• I click next
• I consistently receive the following error:

• This happens on multiple PCs
• Yes, I have cleared the cache

These seems to an ongoing issue for many people, but I have been unable to find a resolution.  Any help would be appreciated.

Edit:  I created a brand new live account with an outlook.com extension.  (The original was a hotmail.com)  I invited two people.  Both worked.  I then went to invite a third and received the same error on the new account.  I never connected it to Skype.
