I'm getting error number 0x800CCC92 when I attempt to obtain my mail. I keep getting a box asking for me to enter my email address & password. I tried opening a new user account & set up email, but I wasn't able to obtain my mail in the new user account
either. I just discovered that I am unable to send email also. I've never had any trouble with this before since I went with att.net in June, 2011. Can someone help me fix this?
