I'm uncertain of the security settings and incoming outgoing mail service  addresses needed to setup an outlook.com e-mail account in  Windows Mail.

I'm running Windows Vista x64.

So far I've entered an incoming Pop3 and outgoing smpt server.

pop-mail.outlook.com

smtp-mail.outlook.com

However I'm uncertain about

Log on using Secure Password Authentication

My server requires authentication

This sever requires a secure connection (SSL) for the Pop and SMPT servers
