I am using the windows mail app on my windows 8 laptop to imp/sync a university email. 

I was going through my emails today and accidentally deleted one important one. I went to the trash and its not there, which makes me think that windows mail permanently deletes the emails. 

I went through the internet to my university email, and the one I accidentally deleted is not in the inbox or the trash. 

Is there a way I can recover this email??
