Hello.

Been using WinMail for years when suddenly today, its unable to send or receive mail. Called I/P (Charter/Spectrum) and in the end, with their infinite wisdom, they created a secondary email. Our same email now followed with the designation (1).  DID NOT resolve the whatsoever.  Follow up calls to Charter result only in their telling me that this is a Microsoft issue and they basically hung up on me (another reason to love Charter/Spectrum).  So, I need help with the following:

1. Delete the secondary email Charter/Spectrum created in error

2. Help to receive/send emails

ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
