I have been searching for an answer on how to add a new mail contact in Mail in windows 10. I keep seeing instructions for Outlook. I need an answer for the Mail program that came with windows 10, not Outlook, or Windows Live Mail. Can anyone tell me how to do this.

P.S. I click on the start button and then on the Mail icon. This program does not have a Contacts button. Ctrl+3 does not work and ctrl+n just open a new email page.
