I have W 10 which comes with Windows Mail. I can send out emails to others and to my self on another PC, but I know I have been sent emails but can not open the inbox. I have been on to the 'help desk' and after 15 hours and 6 different Techs they still can't solve the problem. Tried an In Place Upgrade but it would n't reload. Any body got any ideas as to the cause and remedy. Micrsoft say port numbers are correct but they don't line up with the port nos on my Windows live mail
