My laptop was hit with a virus (actually 84 viruses).  during the episode i was blocked from getting my windows live mail. it wouldn't accept the password.  The laptop has been repaired and is now virus clean.  I still cannot get live mail to accept the new password.  i can access email thru live/outlook.com.  has microsoft blocked me and if so how do I get microsoft to allow my new passwords
