How do I change a mail account's server settings? 

I tried adding an account from Time Warner Road Runner Service and incorrectly specified the incoming and outgoing servers.

I've gone to Settings and am not given the server options.  This mail account is the same one I use for Microsoft.  As such, it says I have to go to PC Settings, but am not prompted for these settings.

Any help is appreciated!
