My girlfriend had her hotmail account spoofed, and has since been locked out of her account.
We followed the usual password reset procedures and got the form submit to confirm her identity. The problem now is that after answering the security questions we get an automated response reporting that the account access has been denied and to re-submit
the form, and are stuck in a constant loop.
Is there anyway to get in touch with the live team to get the account sorted for her? There is some job application emails awaiting to be responded to, and as you can imagine is quite frustrating.
