I have seen that Windows Live has port 587 (SMTP) and secured connection but there is an issue how to choose Automatic option due to 587 port which demands TLS secure connection but there is any option to set Automatic. In this way it will be refused sent emails.

It is the same issue as Office for MAC. You have to buy Business license to have this option.
