I went to the Microsoft page and saw that Photo Gallery would be supported on Win 10. I then went to the MS site and downloaded Photo Gallery/Movie Maker and thought it was installing just fine.

I get the message box:

X Couldn't Set Up the Installer. Check to be sure you are connected to the internet.

Get Help (takes you to the MS site, where I searched and found no good help)  

Close.

I know I am connected to the internet.

I like that program. I want that program.
