Operating Windows 7

Windows Live Photo Gallery has operated fine for a year - downloading pictures from my Nikon Coolpix S210 camera.......Now all of a sudden it will not recognize my device (it only recognized an HP All in One Printer also installed on Photo Gallery.

I have contacted Nikon who old me to reinstall my software.......I did that and it still will not recognize my Nikon camera when connected with the proper cord and turned on.

HELP, please!
