As I said in the subject line Windows Live Photo Gallery "keeps loading forever" and is "click-through", basically if I need to close it I have to go to task manager because everytime I click on the gallery screen (which keeps saying "loading") I'm instead clicking on some other application (desktop or internet browser, depends on what I opened before)

Any ideas, it doesn't say it stopped responding either on the task manager.  Is it corrupt? I tried using Microsoft Fixit for Pictures but it didn't work
