I just upgraded to Windows 10 and now when I click on pictures to view in Windows Live Photo Gallery there are major delays in opening, scrolling forward and backwards with the arrow keys, etc.  It never did this to me before.  I use my computer to view pictures a lot.  I hope there is a fix for this.
