I have a Windows 7 with Windows Live Photo Gallery as my photo viewer/edit choice.  Suddenly I am unable to open any photos, either from a file or through an email attachment.  An error message of "class not registered" appears.  I have tried the system file checker, no integrity violations were found.  Going through Programs and Features in the Control Panel, Windows Live Photo Gallery is still there.  When I click to edit, it goes through a 10 minute process and then at the end, it says it cannot complete the process because the internet is not connected (which it is).  Properties tells me that "WLXPhotoGallery.exe specified in the Target box is not valid" and the shortcut has been changed or moved.  Is there any way to bring Live Photo Gallery back?
