I have been using windows for my photo downloads, so today a popup said I have new choices.  Stupid me, I clicked on new choices and nothing happened.  It said I need to connect a device and I don't know what they mean.  I have my card in the slot and that's how I've always downloaded my pictures but now I can't get windows to respond or anything.  I need my pictures to download and don't know how to do it now!!!  I really hate computers!!!  If anyone understands my problem, please help!  I'm on Windows 10.  Thanks!
