I've tried resetting password a dozen times, turned phone on and off, smooth talked it and when that didn't work...I strangled the damn thing!!!  And it still won't allow me to sign on to any apps or anything.  I've about had it up to here!!!  Can someone PLEASE HELP ME!!! I'm desperate....I'm just trying to get my WHATSAPP, and WWF with back up and running...that's all...
