Dear Microsoft team,

I need help to my problem. It has been a week since I discovered that my WLMM doesn't run. It says it has been missing a file. I decided to uninstall the WLMM then I reinstalled it. Now, it doesn't open. It just loads and nothing happens after it. I really need this software for my projects and works in school.
