So, I was making a speed paint for YouTube yesterday and I had went to go to Windows Movie Maker to speed it up. I usually speed it up to 16x, so that's what I did. I replayed the video to see if everything was OK, but when I replayed it, the video was sped up to 16x, but the video was starting, stopping for a few milliseconds, and so on until the video stopped playing. I tried reinstalling it using another PC account, using a different screen recorder program, but the same problem is continuing. Is there any way someone can help?
