I used Windows live movie maker several times, even when saving clips from my android phone to my PC in the same format, MP 4.  Whenever I wanted to play those clips I would just

click on it and a window would open up and it would automatically begin to play.  This last clip that I saved to my PC from windows live movie maker doesn't open immediately, but instead goes into windows live movie maker and reloads the clip, which takes about 30 minutes, before it will start playing.  Is there something I need to do to avoid this reloading?
