I have Windows 10 with Live Movie Maker. When I attempt to load my .mov onto it from "home-add videos" the  frames show up on the right but not in the preview screen, which stays black. When I press play, the vertical line moves, but no sound or picture . I have looked at numerous tutorials online and not found help. Frankly, I have any number of movies on youtube; this has worked before, but not now for some reason.  I believe it goes to a .wlmp file when you do a save as, say in hi def or whatever, but it won't save on my computer now. 

Hope I've stated this accurately.  Sure was simpler before in Win 8 with .wmv files.
