I keep getting this error message and when I get an email the live blue link is not working it comes up that I need to install a programme to make it active also I was on MSM messenger and got to all my emails throught that and try to syc that email account with my new account but I have lost all my contacts from that account can any one thell me why also messanger is not working at all now even if I click on the icon HELP me befor I go mad
