Recently I found my Windows Live Mail in 'work offline' mode according to my WLM Home Tab. I've tried clicking it to turn it back on, doesn't do anything. I've tried resetting IE 11 (twice) that didn't work. I've made sure "send and receive mail at startup" and "connect even when working offline" are both checked. I repaired WLM via the control panel. I've uninstalled Windows Live Mail (twice) once including all the full Windows Essential programs. Nothing I've read and/or tried seems to work. Surely as long as this issue has existed (there are many other post here with the same issue) there's been some sort of working fix made available?

I also have Firefox 37.0.2 which I've set to work offline and back online and that too did not fix anything.
