Hello

I can't get windows live mail to start, all i get is the very first little window that opens up with a spinning wheel and next to it, it says starting, but it doesn't it stays like this for ever.The only way to close it is to go to the task manager processes wlmail.exe end process. I've tried fixing it by: going to windows essential and repairing it also clean uninstall and re installing it and I've checked with sfc /scannow command in cmd  for system file corruption, but everything seems fine . Finally i created a new account on my PC and there it works fine. Any ideas as to how to fix this issue ?
