The error message I receive is, "A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem occurred, please try again." No error code number just a yellow triangular box with an explanation point. My internet provider tried for hours last night to resolve this. We checked and unchecked boxes, tried different port numbers etc. This error occurs when I try to reply, forward or start an email message. It does not even attempt to do the motion of sending or go in my outbox.

HOWEVER, I now have an even larger problem......I was advised to close and re-open my account and moments after I started I realized all my e-mails were also being deleted. I have tried desperately to get them back.  I have gone to "computer" and found windows live, right clicked and found "restore previous version" but the restore button is grey and can not be used. I could only copy and put that version in a folder, but can't do much else with it or see the e-mails. While it was copying it showed 563 e-mails being transferred which sounds about right but I cannot view them.

Help!!!

(Also.....I've been having other issues. The dolby audio turns off and has to be re-clicked to on. My HP C510 estation printer could not be recognized by my computer, the troubleshoot code stated I needed to install the driver when it was already installed. I tried countless fixes for that too and finally did a system restore a few days ago. My printer now works consistently but the audio was off again this morning!)
