Windows live mail wont send after upgrading to Windows 10

I can there are plenty of us with similar issues after hitting the upgrade button, would have thought Microsoft would have fixed it by now?

Delete the photo email, create a new one and try to send it again.

I can't send anything, they just sit in the outbox. Cleared the outbox, closed it all down, resarted it no change

I can receive emails

I checked the password that's ok

I checked that I can log into my MS account

but can't send anything

Whats wrong??
