I am using Windows Surface running Windows 8.1 RT.

The Windows Live Mail app on my surface won't open. When i click on it, it says:

This app can't open. Check the Windows Store for more info about Microsoft.Windows Live Mail. Go to the Store.

However, when i go to the Store, nothing happens. The problem is still not resolved. I can't even uninstall the app. Please help me because i have run out of ways to access my emails on this pc as i haven't been able to open my mail through the internet explorer for quite some time now. WLM was the only way left for me to open my mail on this PC.
