I can receive messages in Windows Live Mail on Windows 7 but when I click on 'reply' I get: "A  problem occurred while trying to open this message
A problem has occurred Please try again"

I am having to go online to send, and it is very tedious.  I see others have had same sort of problem

I am new to this community and I CANNOT find how to get to the answers!!!!
