I know this has been asked 100's of time BUT i can not fix mine.

usual story ... windows 10 running essentials 2012

I have few email accounts ... in the storage folder section i have created a folder called 2003-20016

in there is sub folders 2003,2004,2005 etc

ALL OF THEM SAY
