I am running Windows Live Mail 2011 with Windows 7 for a comcast mail account. I cannot send emails.  I keep getting messages cannot connect to the server. Error 0x800ccc0e, Protocol SMTP, Port 25, socket error 10013. I can receive emails, however it takes awhile for them to come through. Finally when I try to send an email it goes into my outbox.
